Terms and Conditions

1. This Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only.

2. Only one entry will be accepted per rider for each bike over one lap of the race only starting and stopping in Transition, and a valid email address must be supplied in order to enter. Multiple entries on the same bike by a single rider on separate occasions will be treated as one entry and only the first lap time will be recorded. 

3. All Trek Bicycle Corporation, InEvent and Garmin employees, immediate family members, agents or contractors are ineligible to enter.

4. This competition is open from 8pm on Saturday 19^th April and will close on at 8am on Sunday 20^th April. Any bikes ridden outside of these times will be excluded from the competition.

5. The winner will be the entrant who has the fastest Lap time recorded by the Garmin Units on one of the Gary Fisher demo bikes. If for whatever reason the unit does not record the relevant data, Trek Bicycle Corporation do not accept any responsibility and will not be held liable. The winner will be notified by email within one week of the competition.

6. The prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

7. The winner of this competition agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material that we may require, for the purposes of administrating this competition.

8. By entering the competition you hereby give your consent that the data that you provide us with can be used by Trek Bicycle Corporation and Garmin to contact you with any information or special offers that we feel may be of interest to you.

9. The information that you provide us with will not be passed on to any other organisation without your express permission.

10. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer, at any time, without notice.

11. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
